Temporal is hiring a Solana Networking Engineer to work in our NYC office with deep expertise in Rust and high-performance distributed systems. In this role, you’ll work on critical infrastructure supporting and focusing on systems-level optimizations, monitoring, and resilience at scale to accelerate Solana forward. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Design, build, and maintain validators, RPC servers, and networking infrastructure in Rust&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability systems for server health and network performance</li> <li>Collaborate with dev and infra teams to identify bottlenecks and increase system throughput</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in systems engineering, performance, or infrastructure roles</li> <li>Proficient in Rust for high-performance applications</li> <li>Strong background in distributed systems design and benchmarking</li> <li>Experience with infrastructure as code tools and container orchestration</li> <li>Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, QUIC)</li> <li>Deep familiarity with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.)</li> <li>Super Bonus: HPC experience</li> </ul> Why Join Temporal?
