Mediafly is seeking a Talent Manager (Contract) to lead our recruiting strategy and execution across the company. In this role, you’ll own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, and ensure we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent to help drive our business forward. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to design and execute effective recruiting strategies, deliver a world-class candidate experience, and build a strong, diverse talent pipeline. You will also manage and mentor a small team of contract recruiters, ensuring alignment, consistency, and quality across all hiring initiatives. We’re specifically looking for someone with a deep understanding of technical recruiting, ideally within SaaS environments, including Product & Engineering, Data Architecture, and Salesforce recruiting. This is a contract position, perfect for a hands-on recruiting leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact, and fully remote setting.
