About the Role Alpen Labs is seeking a Recruiting Lead to drive our talent strategy and full-cycle recruiting as we scale our team. This role will partner closely with founders, hiring managers, and People Ops to attract, hire, and retain top talent while ensuring a world-class candidate experience. What You’ll Do Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and headcount priorities. Build a clear recruiting roadmap that aligns with company milestones and funding stage. Advise leadership on market trends, compensation insights, and sourcing strategies. Own sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, and offer processes for all open roles. Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, and external networks. Manage scheduling and logistics for interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers alike. Draft compelling job descriptions and manage postings across platforms (Greenhouse, LinkedIn, niche job boards). Act as the face of Alpen Labs for candidates, showcasing our culture and mission.
