Location: Philippines - Fully Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Own end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management — from operations to customer service. Review the Account Health Dashboard daily , ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and keeping ODR, CR, LSR, and other key metrics in check. Manage FBA shipments and logistics — create inbound shipments, prepare labels, and track deliveries until check-in. Troubleshoot listing and catalog issues such as suppressed listings, incorrect variations, or backend errors to keep products active and buyable. Conduct daily product listing checks for accuracy and performance optimization. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a stellar buying experience. Handle replacements, refunds, and disputes with professionalism and care. Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and take proactive action to improve sentiment and performance. Monitor and maintain seller performance metrics, resolving issues before they escalate. Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize product availability and sales potential.
