The Opportunity We're looking for a player-coach to lead our Project Management team of 5 to 10 PMs who orchestrate hyper-personalized email programs for our major financial services client. You'll split your time between hands-on project leadership and coaching a fast-paced, high-performing team that delivers data-driven results. This isn't a behind-the-scenes role. You'll be the trusted partner to both clients and internal teams - the person who sees dependencies before they become blockers, translates ambiguity into action, and pushes everyone toward revenue-driving goals. You'll also establish the discipline's best practices, optimize processes, and set strategic direction for how PM operates at SH/FT. You’ll report directly to our SVP of Delivery Operations with a strong dotted line to the SVP, Managing Director on the account. What You'll Do Own multiple concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams with complex scopes. You'll create timelines, maintain project plans, and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers before they derail delivery. Navigate between structure and speed: Fortune 500 clients have rigid processes, but the work moves fast.
