THE ROLE: In this high-profile role, you will be the program leader for key en gineering initiatives from concept to execution. You will work across all of e ngineering and b usiness to meet overall initiative and/or product objectives. THE PERSON: The right candidate will have solid knowledge of technical program management, an outstanding track record of delivering sophisticated software /hardware programs, you will also drive a schedule for business planning towards growth that align to business strategy KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Defines, plans and drives projects and program plans based on management and senior technical guidance Scope technical feasibility of new Products by clarifying and analyzing requirements with SW/HW Architects, Technical Leads and E ngineers Develop program schedule by considering various Driver, SW Stack components and HW/FW dependencies, negotiate and create a s taffing p lan that supports the schedule Building , creating, and maintaining a well-developed, managed and executed program plan is critical You will establish formal program management artifacts including a plan of record, statements of work, project/program timelines, budget, scope, performance, and quality KPIs Excellence in resource planning The successful ca
