Responsibilities: Project Leadership : Manage and lead projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Technical Planning & Execution : Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and execute tasks to deliver solutions. Risk Management : Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies. Implement mitigation strategies and ensure that teams remain on track to meet deadlines. Collaboration & Communication : Facilitate clear communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed of progress, roadblocks, and key milestones. Continuous Improvement : Promote a culture of continuous improvement in the development and deployment process, leveraging feedback and retrospectives to refine and optimize workflows. Required Qualifications : Experience : 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a cloud-native or DevOps-focused environment
