We are seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance applications and services in a cloud-first environment. In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, leveraging Microsoft Azure and modern development practices. You will participate in architecture discussions, optimize databases, and ensure production-grade reliability, while mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative team culture. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and shape the technical direction of critical systems in a fully remote Latin American setting. Accountabilities Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable applications using C#/.NET on Microsoft Azure . Optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using strong SQL expertise . Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in architectural discussions . Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production systems. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices. Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation. Work with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and other cloud-native components. Mentor and support junior developers , promoting knowledge sharing and team growth. Stay up to date with the latest trends in technology and software engineering. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field . 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
