Head of Growth at GlacierGrid Base: $130,000-140,000 0.25% equity grant We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Growth to turn company goals - ARR growth, a clear path to profitability, and operational scale - into concrete plans, repeatable motions, and measurable outcomes. This is a builder role spanning strategy, revenue operations, enablement, partnerships, and product commercialization. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to create focus, ship growth experiments, and make results visible and accountable. Key Responsibilities Set the growth plan operating system: Translate ARR/profitability targets into initiatives with timelines, owners, and metrics. Stand up OKRs/KPIs and the review cadence; publish trusted dashboards and drive accountability across teams. Build run the revenue engine: Define stages, conversion targets, and SLAs from lead → expansion. Improve data enrichment and lead routing, and own HubSpot workflows, reporting, and integrations to reduce manual work and improve signal. Enable winning stories assets: Create sales toolkits—pilot pitch, ROI/business‑case calculators, case studies, and expansion playbooks—and keep website/collateral current with
