InsideTrack seeks a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team in the position of Associate Vice President of Development. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Partner Success, you will play a pivotal role in our development efforts to support our coaching and training programs for post-secondary education and career advancement initiatives. The successful candidate must have a genuine interest in the mission of InsideTrack and possess a strategic mindset, tactical execution abilities, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in making a compelling case for organizational support. Candidates are expected to have deep knowledge of the postsecondary education and career advancement landscape and strong connections with foundations, using both to increase the number of philanthropic organizations supporting InsideTrack. The selected candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently while working within a team-based environment. Expectations are to raise $3M+ in the first twelve months, and $5M+ annually thereafter from national and regional funding sources. This role will provide thought leadership internally and externally, including speaking at conferences, publishing opinion pieces and participating in conversations with other higher ed leaders. You’ll be a strong team player, leveraging your expertise and that of those around you.
