Here's what we're looking for We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Quality Analyst who will execute comprehensive testing across multiple Salesforce implementation projects. This individual contributor role reports to the Lead QA and focuses on ensuring exceptional quality delivery through detailed test execution, defect tracking, and close collaboration with development teams. You'll be instrumental in maintaining our high quality standards while supporting rapid deployment cycles. You'll contribute to engagements that include: AI-related projects: Testing Agentforce implementations, Data Cloud integrations, and AI-powered Salesforce solutions. Salesforce projects: Quality assurance across Sales, Service, Experience, Platform, Industry Clouds, and products like Marketing Cloud, Tableau, MuleSoft, and Slack.
