Job Summary:
A Senior Account Executive (SAE) on the Client Service Team functions as the principal day-to-day representative with respect to the project development, execution, and servicing of assigned accounts. SAEs facilitate client meetings, communicate internal and external problems/opportunities, move projects forward in a timely fashion, and provide day-to-day account management. As a SAE, you will be responsible for ensuring that all current and emerging client needs are met across multiple projects and clients. You will be driving forward the day-to-day work on the brand and work closely within a cross-functional team of strategists, project managers, creatives, developers, and partner agencies.
As part of the Client Service team, you will also collaborate with the client to identify the brand’s needs, help make data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations, document the decisions, communicate them to the team, and own the final delivery of all projects.
