You will lead business process automation using low-code tools like Salesforce Flow , guide technical decisions, and mentor other Salesforce engineers while collaborating closely with business stakeholders. You will thrive in this role if you are: A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role responsibilities Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce B2B Commerce environments. Design and implement business process automation using low-code tools such as Salesforce Flow . Ensure scalable and maintainable B2B Commerce architecture , aligned with headless and API-first principles . Collaborate with Business Analysts to refine user stories , estimate effort, and align technical solutions with business needs. Manage and maintain the technical backlog in Jira , ensuring p
