The Tech Recruiter will play a pivotal role in scaling Retired.com âs technology, corporate, and operations teams. Youâll lead the charge in attracting and hiring top technical and non-technical talent , ensuring our teams across engineering, product, marketing, compliance, and client services have the skills and drive to move our mission forward. This is both a strategic and hands-on role , ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented fintech environment and enjoys building relationships across multiple departments. \n Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers across technical and non-technical departments to define role requirements and hiring priorities. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across software engineering, product, data, compliance, client service, and operations roles. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process â from job posting and outreach to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination. Source candidates through diverse platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and industry-specific networks. Conduct thorough candidate screenings for both technical proficiency and cultural alignment with Retired.com âs values. Build a strong pipeline of both technical and business talent to support future growth and hiring forecasts. Partner with HR leadership to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives. Track hiring metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
