This position will understand business processes, effectively gathering, compiling, synthesizing and documenting requirements (via stakeholder interviews) to support our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform (as well as other enterprise systems and technology initiatives) enhancing sustainability, and delivering maximum return on investment. The BSA also performs routine data analysis, data mapping, and data visualization.
