Your role : The Project Manager is responsible for leading client implementation projects from initiation through delivery. This role ensures that all aspects of the project are executed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, along with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additional tasks will include software testing, implementation, maintenance, remote and onsite customer training and general support of the facilities management software applications. Candidates should be willing to expand their role in the company, learn additional technologies, and be open to all aspects of FSI’s service offerings.
