About the Role
Position Overview: The Director of Product will serve as the central conduit of information across sales, marketing, content, design, development, and operations. This role is charged with owning the full product lifecycle from concept through launch to ongoing optimization while ensuring that content is market-relevant, accountable that sales targets are achieved, marketing is aligned, and the product roadmap is continuously maintained on a rolling 12-month cadence. While this role does not currently have direct reports, it requires strong leadership, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills to bring teams together and drive product success. What You'll Do Develop, own, and maintain a product roadmap for a defined market or product line within the Healthcare portfolio. Ensure roadmap is maintained on a rolling 12-month cycle, with clear priorities, milestones, and business impact. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment of roadmap with business objectives, customer needs, and revenue targets. Act as the primary conduit of product information, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across sales, marketing, operations, and development. Partner with content teams to ensure offerings are accurate, compliant, and aligned to market needs. Coordinate go-to-market strategies with sales and marketing leaders, ensuring strong execution and adoption. Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends. Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements. Monitor healthcare industry standards, compliance requirements, and regulatory and/or certifying agency changes that impact product offerings. Define and track key product performance metrics; report outcomes across leadership and cross-functional teams.
