About the Role
The Growth Marketing Manager for ImPACT plays a pivotal role in accelerating lead and revenue growth through data-driven performance marketing, funnel optimization, and campaign execution. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives on testing, learning, and scaling successful tactics. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our reach across healthcare, education, and sports, driving measurable ROI and supporting customer acquisition and retention goals. In this role you will get to: Build and manage HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, and segmentation to engage new leads and automate customer journeys Develop and execute scalable marketing automation workflows, nurture campaigns, and Salesforce integrations in HubSpot Launch and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and industry platforms, testing copy, targeting, CTAs, and landing pages to drive conversions and ROI Increase website sessions and form submissions through improved navigation, SEO, CTAs, and user flows Use GA4 to analyze website traffic, map user journeys, track events, and tag conversions Grow MQLs through webinars, gated content, and strategic referral partnerships Maintain and deliver accurate marketing dashboards and reports using HubSpot, Salesforce, and Tableau Track and analyze key metrics like CPC, CTR, and ROI, providing actionable bi-weekly performance insights Ensure CRM data hygiene and lead-source integrity across our HubSpot and Salesforce instances Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that fuels business expansion Disclaimer The above statements describe the general nature and level of the work performed by people assigned to this work.
