The role: As an Agile Project Manager , you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage project scope and risks, and align delivery with strategic business goals. By fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and coaching teams in Agile best practices, you will ensure continuous improvement and successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives). Guide the team in adhering to Scrum best practices and Agile principles. Identify and remove any impediments that may hinder the team’s progress.
