This role is hybrid (2 days in-office) for Uruguay-based candidates and Remote for Argentina-based ones. About the Role As a Senior Software Engineer at AirOps, you’ll help design and deliver core features across our AI-powered platform. You’ll work across the stack—from crafting backend services in Ruby on Rails to building intuitive, performant interfaces with React. In particular, this role will take ownership of a key initiative to expand and improve our integrations framework—making it easier for users to connect to the tools they already use and enabling new, powerful workflows. You’ll work closely with Product and CX to understand needs, prioritize capabilities, and deliver seamless, reliable integrations.
