We are looking for a Development Manager to join our Hunt: Showdown team in our state-of-the-art Frankfurt studio. As Development Manager, you will support the delivery of one or more sub teams, ensuring alignment with Hunt: Showdown’s overall goals and milestones. You will coordinate daily operations, resolve issues, and maintain efficient workflows while ensuring that your team delivers high-quality results on time and within budget. Responsibilities Drive the execution of delivery plans and day-to-day operations as defined by the Senior Development Manager. Ensure sub team tasks and deliverables align with project schedules and milestones. Track sub team progress against tasks and timelines, identifying and addressing issues or blockers. Facilitate collaboration and communication within the sub team and across other project teams. Ensure adherence to the operational model and established workflows. Provide feedback and suggestions for workflow or process improvements to the Senior Development Manager. Communicate regular updates, risks, and progress to the Senior Development Manager and relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with other Development Managers to manage dependencies and ensure smooth handoffs. Identify risks early and escalate significant issues to the Senior Development Manager with proposed solutions. Collaborate with QA and other relevant teams to maintain quality standards and resolve issues promptly. Support the team in meeting stakeholder expectations by adhering to quality and delivery requirements. Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or Development Manager in game development. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban). Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
