The Impact of an Instructional Designer at Coupa: Instructional Designers at Coupa create and maintain best-in-class eLearning, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led content for Coupa Product training to serve customers, partners, and employees. They have a solid knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and technical training best practices. They must possess a strong bias for action and an unwavering commitment to making our internal and external customers and partners successful. What You'll Do: Work directly with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives. Design and develop effective learning solutions that address knowledge and/or performance gaps for customers and partners. Use core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learning and produce impactful results. Generate scripts, storyboards, and prototypes of training content to be reviewed and approved by key stakeholders.
