About the Role Viral Coach is seeking a talented, detail-oriented Virtual Operations Associate to help execute a variety of vital tasks managing client data, databases, and other operational resources. We're looking for a motivated self-starter with a solid grasp of data entry and data management best practices using tools like Google Sheets and Airtable. You communicate clearly in Slack, enjoy process efficiency, and often find ways to improve how work gets done.
