We are looking for a People Analytics Analyst to shape the future of how Applied makes people decisions. This role is about more than dashboards and reports—you’ll be uncovering insights that influence our strategy, guide how we invest in our people, and ensure we’re building a thriving, high-performing organization. By partnering with People, Finance, and Business leaders, you’ll turn data into impact and help us make smarter, more human-centered decisions.

Position Overview:

Establish and evolve a V1 of key people analytics dashboards (attrition, headcount reporting, etc.)
Design, build, and maintain new data visualizations to answer strategic business questions.
