We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Go-to-Market Systems team within GTM Ops, supporting the Global Sales Organization. As a TPM, you will lead your team in driving cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams across the business. You’ll partner with GTM leadership to evaluate prioritization, tradeoffs and risks related to the programs you own.

The Go-to-Market Systems team (GMS) is a fast-paced, high impact team dedicated to enabling operational efficiency and best-in-class sales execution through technology. We operate within the GTM organization and are responsible for the architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of the tools and systems that our sales and support teams rely on to drive our ads business. 

At Reddit, Technical Program Managers use technical judgment to define and drive large programs across multiple teams. They partner closely with GTM Ops leaders to develop strategies and solutions, drive project impact, execute on planning and gain alignment with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. They engage with teams to determine root causes, identify and select alternative solutions, and use their technical expertise to understand the effects, impacts, and risks of a solution. Above and beyond program-level impact, they build execution processes and reduce inefficiencies to build overall scale.

What you’ll do: 

As a Sr. Technical Program Manager on the Go-to-Market team, you will help develop our sales tool strategy and roadmap, execute key tooling initiatives, and drive impact for the GTM organization. In this role, you will: 

• Identify Opportunities. You don’t wait for others to bring problems to you. You understand the business deeply and proactively find opportunities to automate and improve the user experience. 
• Get Things Done. More than just building decks or delivering regular updates. You actually bring projects to completion, deliver real accomplishments for the business, and help your teams and stakeholders understand the difference.
• Dive into Details. You understand the details of their projects and help guide them in active partnership with their teams. You don’t just stay high level or leave the details for other teams to figure out. You have the technical judgment to act as a partner with your teams in planning and decision-making.
• Make Work Repeatable. You create and improve processes that light the path for others and prevent and remove recurring organizational toil. You set standards for the organization and aid in the adoption of these standards where relevant. 
• Mentor & Lead. You excel at influencing others in developing key organizational and project deliverables. You’re a leader within your projects and support people in the process.
• Bring Order out of Chaos. You are known for leaving a program and the teams you support in a position of stronger organization than where they started, and those teams continue to succeed even when you are no longer specifically engaged in the project.

What We Can Expect From You:

• • 8+ years of overall experience in technical program management roles, with at least 4 years focused on supporting sales or revenue organizations. 
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • A team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and curious by nature. You are creative and enjoy taking unique approaches to solve problems.
  • Pragmatic; you take an iterative approach to developing processes and systems
  • Technical depth and judgment.
  • Analytical problem-solving experience with large-scale systems. 
  • Strong working knowledge of sales tools ecosystem (i.e. CRM, Marketing Automation, CPQ, etc.)
  • Experience with digital advertising or ads monetization is a huge plus.
