What You'll Be Doing Project Managers are the client facing team members who organise projects from discovery phase, all the way through to launch, always ensuring that both the team and clients are constantly up to date, whilst always delivering excellent client experience. The role is always changing, you can be in discovery with one client, whilst facilitating the QA phase with another. The ideal candidate should be someone who can easily adapt to change, remain level headed in challenging situations, provide solutions to the wider team and clients, and excels in client experience. Client experience is paramount here at Glass Atlas. We build partnerships with our clients, and act as an extension of their teams, so it’s vitally important every team member shares this same sentiment. We don’t just do the bare minimum, we go above and beyond to help our clients stand out and achieve their goals. Role and Responsibilities As part of your role you will be responsible for: ● Client delivery ○ Leading discovery sessions (supported by your team members - designers and developers) ○ Day to day client commu
