About the Role
The Product Manager will oversee the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of software products that support Aon’s internal operations. This leader will work closely with global stakeholders to identify needs, define priorities, and deliver scalable solutions. What the day will look like Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Aon’s strategic goals and operational requirements. Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML and data technologies. Familiarity with workflow, automation and machine learning preferred. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, IT, and end-users to understand internal needs and translate them into product requirements. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Roadmap Execution: Be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data insights and metrics to prioritize features, measure impact, and continuously improve products. Compliance & Security: Ensure all software solutions adhere to Aon’s data protection, security, and compliance standards. Skills and experience that will lead to success Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a global organization, with at least 3 years focused on data platforms, ML infrastructure, or related fields.
