Key Responsibilities In this role you will be guiding SME businesses through the stress and uncertainty of hiring staff and support ongoing incentivisation and management. You will be working alongside accountancy partners across the wider Sumer group and giving employment law advice to owner-operated businesses. This isn’t just a fee-earning role – we’re looking for someone commercially minded who can build client relationships and drive new opportunities.
