This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business teams to produce materials that enhance customer understanding and internal efficiency. Duties & Responsibilities Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and training materials. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure accuracy of all documentation. Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency across all outputs.
