The Role We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Tribe, the foundation that powers everything from Leonardo’s AI generation features to enterprise APIs and mobile experiences. Leonardo’s engineering structure is built around tribes and squads, each focused on a product goal. The Platform Tribe supports every other tribe, ensuring our infrastructure scales smoothly as new creative tools are launched. Our DevOps engineers embed directly within product squads to deliver new features quickly and safely, while leading core platform work that keeps our systems reliable, secure, and efficient. This includes evolving infrastructure standards, improving tooling, and strengthening the everyday DevOps practices that help teams ship software with confidence. You’ll work on scaling infrastructure, automating systems, and continuously improving how we build and release. Over time, you’ll rotate through different squads, gaining exposure to diverse technologies and challenges while shaping the next generation of infrastructure behind products used by millions. You’ll join a small, empowered team that values curiosity, collaboration, and care. We move fast but thoughtfully, working transparently and supporting one another to deliver outstanding results while maintaining a healthy pace. What You’ll Do Build and Scale Infrastructure: Work across AWS, GCP, GCore, and Cloudflare to help scale the hybrid systems that power our AI workloads. Support GPU Optimisation: Contribute to scaling and tuning GPU infrastructure for AI model training and inference to improve speed, reliability, and efficiency. Improve CI/CD Pipelines: Collaborate with senior en
