Location Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST Role Overview The Motion Designer will translate raw client input into polished, on-brand motion designs that bring ideas to life through modern, cinematic storytelling. This role involves shaping creative direction, sourcing references, and executing motion graphics that are intentional, visually engaging, and aligned with brand standards. The Motion Designer will collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure every project reflects the brand’s voice and resonates with its target audience. Key Responsibilities Creative Direction & Concept Development Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements, brand vision, and creative expectations. Develop creative concepts, pull visual references, and define the overall style and direction for motion projects. Ensure all motion design work aligns with brand guidelines while integrating fresh, contemporary ideas. Motion Design Execution Create visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing and digital platforms. Maintain a high standard of design quality and consistency across all deliverables. Develop story-driven animations that enhance brand messaging and engage audiences. Collaboration & Feedback Work closely with creative and marketing teams to refine designs and meet project goals.
