During a Typical Day, You’ll ● Data Analysis & Insights Development ○ Dive deep into customer experience (CX) datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities. ○ With collaboration with the greater BI team, produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations that simplify complex data and highlight actionable takeaways. ○ Anticipate CX data needs before they arise, pulling the right metrics and KPIs that align with our goals. ● Empowering Action Through Storytelling ○ Transform data into compelling narratives that motivate action within teams and leadership. ○ Partner with our CX leaders to showcase actionable insights and recommendations tailored to driving measurable outcomes. What You Bring to the Role: · Technical Proficiency o Demonstrated ability in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Zendesk Analytics, Talkdesk Explore, and similar tools o Familiarity with CX technology platforms and understanding of customer journey analytics such as Zendesk, Talkdesk, and similar tools. · Expertise in CX Operations o Strong knowledge of CX processes, workflows, and key operational metrics. o Hands-on experience in col
