Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. As a Data Analyst you will not only bring technical expertise but also a deep understanding of business operations and strategy. Your work will directly influence decision-making and help shape the future of our organization through actionable insights drawn from complex datasets. As a senior Data Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers, to design and implement data-driven solutions that align with the company’s goals. You will be expected to discuss analytical approach with business stakeholders and end users by understanding the key needs of the business and how data can support this. Key Responsibilities : KPI development and interpretation : Develop new KPI’s and improve existing ones, in collaboration with business, and translate the potential that lies within the KPI’s for the business Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance and product) to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Ability to work in multiple workstreams in parallel, and independence to reach results, are key assets for this role. Problem-Solving : Identify data-related issues and ability to creatively work to resolve them
