Take full ownership of the creative process—from concept to final delivery—while incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams. Design a variety of assets, including: Static graphics and social media visuals Marketing decks and printed materials Short-form videos and motion graphics Landing pages (using Webflow or WordPress) Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all digital and offline touchpoints. Communicate effectively with marketing stakeholders to translate ideas into compelling, on-brand designs. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience as a Designer (graphic, digital, or creative). Proven ability to own creative projects from start to finish while working collaboratively across teams. Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, etc.). Experience using Webflow or WordPress for landing page creation and updates. Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and usability. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to understand and speak the “language of marketing.” Ability to work independently and turn high-level direction into polished, effective creative assets.
