You’ll be the creative team’s secret weapon: researching, organizing, and analyzing ad performance to uncover what makes great campaigns tick. Source top-performing ads using Foreplay , Kalodata , and Meta Ad Library — and identify what makes them click-worthy. Compile Voice of Customer insights from Reddit, TikTok, and review platforms. Label and organize creative trends, ad angles, and visual styles (UGC, POV, testimonial, etc.). 📊 Creative Organization & Reporting Keep ad inspiration decks, creator lists, and reports organized in ClickUp or Sheets . Analyze performance data from Motion and Meta Ads Manager — highlight top ads, underperformers, and new test ideas. Build daily content sprint decks and weekly performance summaries to support creative strategists. 🎯 You’ll Be Great At This Role If You... Have 2–4+ years of experience in marketing research , creative strategy , or paid social analytics . Know your way around Foreplay , Kalodata , and Meta Ads Manager .
