THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Senior Product Manager in our CIA Focus Area (Growth), Subscription Boosters team in Brazil ! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. The Growth Team is a cross-functional, data-driven squad dedicated to accelerating subscriber growth by optimizing the top-of-funnel (Acquisition and Activation) experience for our target audience: HR and People Operations professionals. The ultimate goal of the Subscription Boosters squad is to increase client revenue and subscription growth by ensuring HR personas quickly find and adopt the communication tools we offer to engage their employees. We operate at the nexus of the Client (HR persona) and the User experience, collaborating on the day-to-day with Engineering, Product design, UX writing, Product Marketing, and Data Science, applying a disciplined, experimental approach (mostly through A/B testing ) to unlock scalable growth.
