Three Years Later: Would I Go Back?
No. Absolutely not. Not even for a significant raise.
Remote work gave me something more valuable than money: control over my time. I'm healthier, less stressed, financially better off, and more present in my relationships. I've used the time I reclaimed to build skills, invest in my future, and actually enjoy my life instead of just getting through the week until the weekend.
